We Are Gas Safe Registered
HPS Plumbing & Gas Services takes gas safety seriously. All of our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and will have their official identity card when you ask to see it. You can view our Gas Safe Certificate HERE
Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.
It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.
Gas Fires Service
Most Gas Fires stop working because they have not been serviced on a regular basis. The Government recommends that you have your Gas Fire checked and at least once a year. We can service and clean you Gas Fire from as little as £35.00. While we do this we also carry out a flu flow check and spillage check (a test for Carbon Monoxide leakage).
A full service on your Gas Fire will make it more efficient and use less gas and it will also reduce the risk of breakdowns and costly repair bills. We also offer a fitting service on most makes and models of Gas Fires.
